Following the planning and design phase, the development of your product is undertaken in close co-operation with you. At this stage we already present you with potential manufacturing technology options in the form of a dataset or a prototype from the 3D printer. Time and cost-intensive changes in the production stage can therefore be avoided as a result. We utilise 3D CAD data throughout the entire process, from design and prototype construction and on to model and tool construction and measurement technology.
The exchange of data with our customers is via the standard interfaces STP and IGES.
Simulation of setting and mould-filling behaviour enables the identification of possible flaws in the cast part. These findings enable cast part design, mould and casting parameters as well as models to be optimised from the first casting. The complex testing and alteration required is also already minimised during the design stage.
